Dr. Mathews earned her medical degree from MOSC Medical College, India in 2011, and completed her Internal Medicine residency at Mount Sinai Morningside-West in New York City. After completing her residency, Dr. Mathews worked as a primary care provider at Mount Sinai Doctors, New York. Due to her continued passion in understanding about hormonal disorders, she completed an Endocrinology fellowship from the University of Florida, Gainsville.

Dr. Mathews has authored multiple research publications and is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism.

Dr. Mathews is also an active member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology and the Endocrine Society.

Outside of work, Dr. Mathews likes spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and collecting souvenirs!
